Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day facility
upkeep. This includes setting-up spaces for groups, assuring a cleaning service is performing work well, and doing some light custodial work and simple repairs. It also includes communication with vendors/contractors and assuring their work is completed well. The working hours are flexible.

Must be someone who has an eye for detail, is able to create and manage a budget, and is reasonably available in the event of a facility emergency. The position reports to the Pastor and works closely with the Office Manager. The ideal candidate has related work experience and is self-motivated and reliable.
