Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day facility upkeep and repairs of the church buildings and church property. This includes setting-up spaces for groups, assuring a cleaning service is performing work well, and doing some light custodial work and simple repairs. It also includes managing vendors/contractors and assuring the grounds are well maintained by a grounds crew.

Must be someone who is handy and can fix things, has an eye for detail, values the mission of the church, is able to create and manage a budget, and is reasonably available in the event of a facility emergency. The position reports to the Lead Pastor and works closely with the Office Manager. The ideal candidate has related work experience, is self-motivated and reliable, and accepts accountability for balancing time and work.
