February is Heart Month
The Health and Wellness Team is holding their annual Heart Healthy breakfast in Grace Chapel from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Join us in between services on Sunday February 24th. The cost is $2.00 a person and tickets will be available starting February 10th in Friendship Hall after each service. There will be literature and recipes on healthy eating for you to look at and take home with you.
