Names for the Messiah Advent Study

STUDY is from Walter Brueggemann, Names for the Messiah. We will explore the meaning of four titles for the predicted messiah found in Isaiah 9:6—Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.  In tandem with the prior sermon, each week we will discuss the meaning traditionally given to one of these titles, and so come to a deeper understanding of God's work in Christ to save us.
