Here are some of the great ways you can serve locally...

Pequannock Food Pantry - The Pequannock Food Pantry provides grocery assistance to over 65 families every month.  The pantry is a ministry of FRC but is supported by the entire Pequannock Community.  Donations can be dropped off at the FRC Office during work hours.  If you want to volunteer with food collection, sorting or distribution email Jennifer at   .

Grains of Hope (GoH) - Each year, we partner with GoH NJ to raise funds to purchase carefully selected (and nutritionally beneficial) dry ingredients in bulk.  In the spring, we join members of our communities in a packing event.  Typically 600-800 people of all ages volunteer for this activity.  During this event, we assemble the ready-to-cook bulk dry ingredients into plastic pouches and then pack the pouches into shipping cartons.  GoH of NJ currently targets Haiti and the Community Food Bank of NJ as our beneficiaries of these meal pouches

WHIM (Women's Hands in Mission) - WHIM is a great group of local women making a big local difference.  In the past two years they have helped Soles for Souls, TOMS Shoes, Market Street Mission, and the Bessie Green Center For more info email Bonnie at .

Morris County Habitat for Humanity - Twice a year FRC takes a crew of 10-20 people who help construct affordable housing for those who qualify with Habitat for Humanity.  We want to do more, so if you are interested we can schedule more service dates.  For more info talk to Pauline.
