Hurricane Harvey Relief

IMMEDIATE NEEDS - WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP HOUSTON THIS WEEK

“Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint.”
There are many ways we want to help our members
and guests contribute toward Houston’s relief effort.

Here are a few ways you can help this week:

MONEY
Organizations on the ground need money to continue to serve those in need. The Reformed Church in America (RCA), our denomination, works through World Renew Disaster Response Services. Any funds donated will go directly to help victims now. Two RCA churches in Houston are providing food and shelter for those in urgent need in their neighborhood. Also, Carismah Church in Katy, Texas is providing food, water and shelter to displaced families nearby. Make your check out to “First Reformed Church” and note: “Houston” or give on our website.
