The labyrinth is a self-paced, safe place to relax, search, seek clarity or guidance, listen, heal, discern, or communicate with Spirit/God in silent prayer and meditation. Simply come anytime between 6:00 and 8:30 P.M., take off your shoes and follow the path. As you slowly walk, focus on your breathing. It will help calm the mind’s chatter and prepare you to listen and be open.
