Wreaths Across America

Wreaths Across America is a nationwide effort to honor and remember our nation’s veterans, now in its second year at our cemetery. The afternoon will begin with a moving ceremony at noon in front of the Veteran’s Memorial section followed by the volunteers placing fresh evergreen wreaths on each veteran’s grave throughout the cemetery, speaking each name aloud to ensure no hero is ever forgotten. For every wreath purchased through their page, $5 is applied toward another wreath, helping us reach our goal of honoring the 800+ veterans laid to rest at First Reformed Cemetery.
